Welcome to Lidemi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility & acceptance
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the site with the consent of a parent or guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website.
2. Products & pricing
- We make every effort to display our products and their colours as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will be accurate.
- All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.
- We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update prices and product information at any time without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, or discontinue any product at any time.
3. Orders & contract formation
When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming that we've received it. This confirmation is an acknowledgement, not acceptance, of your order. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods to you. If we're unable to fulfil your order (for example, an item is out of stock or there's a pricing error), we'll contact you and issue a full refund for any amount paid.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our secure payment providers. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. All payments are subject to validation and authorisation by your card issuer.
5. Shipping, delivery & risk
Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you on delivery. Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.
6. Returns, refunds & cancellations
Your rights to return items and receive refunds, including the statutory 14-day right to cancel and our 30-day return policy, are set out in full in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs and the "Lidemi" name — is the property of MCTRID LTD or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our website:
- For any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- To transmit viruses, malware or any other malicious code;
- To attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data;
- To infringe our intellectual property or that of others;
- To harass, abuse or harm another person.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our site if you breach these Terms.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Our website and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law (including your statutory rights as a consumer). Subject to this, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

11. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where this is caused by events outside our reasonable control (such as extreme weather, strikes, courier failures, or interruptions to power or the internet).
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer residing elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
