Free UK shipping over £50 Worldwide delivery

Thank you for shopping with Lidemi. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we dispatch your order, how much delivery costs, and what to expect once your parcel is on its way.

At a glance Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. UK delivery takes 2–4 business days. We ship across the UK, Europe and worldwide, with free standard UK shipping on orders over £50.

1. Order processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking details once it has been dispatched.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays. During busy periods (such as sales or holidays), processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Delivery times below are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed:

Rates and delivery windows are indicative — the exact options and prices available to you are shown at checkout based on your address and basket. Please make sure these match your Shopify shipping settings.

3. Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your parcel's progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

4. International orders, customs & import duties

We're happy to ship worldwide. Please note that orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you pay at checkout or in our shipping charges.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country — please contact your local customs office for more information before ordering. We are unable to predict, and cannot be held responsible for, any such charges.

5. Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur an additional shipping charge.

6. Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

We do everything we can to get your order to you on time, but once a parcel leaves us it's in the hands of the courier. If your order is significantly delayed:

  • Check the tracking link in your dispatch email for the latest status;
  • If tracking hasn't updated for several days, contact us at support@lidemi.com and we'll investigate with the courier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can put it right (see our Return & Refund Policy).

7. Multiple-item orders

Occasionally, items in the same order may be dispatched separately — for example if one item is being sent from a different location. If your order arrives in multiple parcels, you'll receive separate tracking for each.
